Our Wolfe drainage plow at work!
18-inch groover plate, bedded tile in 1-inch clean limestone.
Main tile is being installed with proper support from our spoon on the excavator.
Photo This is a close-up example of the support the spoon on our excavator provides. Also, note the rock we use to provide an extra level of support to ensure the integrity of the pipe.
Our John Deere 6145 M tractor which backfiles all of our ditches. Along with our stringer on the back of the tractor.
Fractco all virgin resin plastic tile with UV protection to withstand the elements.
Tile being installed during the summer!
Our Hy-pro disc is used for backfilling ditches. This is an essential step in our process.
Providing a groove at the beginning of the connection provides much-needed support to the tile.
This is a picture of our rock intake.
It takes two 8-inch muck tile with silt wraps. These work great for getting rid of surface water quickly. Many times with traditional intakes farming around them can be inconvenient. Our rock intakes make it much easier to plant and harvest around while maintaining the integrity of the intake.
Using rock is critical for connections and provides the needed support for the tile.
Our V shovel is used to provide support for the branch tile at the connection point.
